C9 Pro VOLTE fix. Anyone?

I have a Samsung C9 Pro - C9000 HK. I'm from India.
Is there anyway I can install the Indian Firmware as I want to use VOLTE which doesn't work on the HK firmware.
I tried downloading the Indian firmware from Sammobile but it's not available for my model number i.e. C9000. Only HK and China Open is there.
C900 is available for the Indian phones. Anyway I can install the c900 firmware?
Or any other source for the c9000's Indian firmware. I'm running android 6.0.1
