Nexus 6P stuck on the four dots at boot up!! Ugh!

This evening, I recorded a video that cause the disk full icon to show up on my notification bar. No big deal, I do what I normally do (erase photos./videos). While, I was doing that the stock photo app kept on crashing. I decided to just reboot the phone, so I could go back to delete photos..

From there on, I CAN go beyond the google screen, but NOT BEYOND the four dots.

Phone about 2 years old, not rooted. All factory.

I tried recovery mode, it does the same thing - gets stuck on the...
