HTC10 Oreo update problem

Hello all,

My HTC10 is recently updated to Android 8.0.0. Ever since, I've experienced problems with internet connectivity through carrier data: Google Chrome, Gmail, Play Store and other Google related apps won't connect unless I turn on the VPN.
The issue only happens when I switch to data and not WiFi.

Please help!
