Do Not Disturb - Priority Only allowing calls to ring through to my bluetooth speaker

I am looking for help anywhere I can. I'm not sure but I am wondering if this may be an issue with the Do Not Disturb feature in android. I have a Motorola Moto E (4th Gen) that came with Nougat 7.1.1. Here's the issue: Calls are ringing through to my Bluetooth speaker even though I have Do Not disturb set to not allow calls.
