Is it safe to buy from vonstall?

I want to buy a oneplus 5,try to search on google,find many china online shop,but dont know if it is safe to buy from them,and i find vonstall have it only $139,but is it safe to pay by credit card or paypal?if the shop is fraud,can i get the money back?
