Introduction with a dilemma

Hi All,

I am new at this and experiencing a dilemma which I really hope any of you could help.

I connect my Samsung J7 Prime to my Win 10 laptop, hoping to see all my photos in the gallery, so I could copy. However, I could only see the new ones and not the old ones. I searched for the photos in the My Files (Samsung J7 Primer), and I found them inside a folder .cloudagent>thumbnail. They are all there. How do I now transfer those to my laptop?
