Honor 4X -Fastboot & Rescue mode-Phone unlocked

I have honor 4x Che1-L04 device.Now it is in fastboot & Rescue mode Phone unlocked condition.It is not coming to boot mode.can any one help me.How I can get my device in to normal working condition.It is not booting.And showing like this picture.
