My Samsung Note 4 shows "Not registered on network" error..Cant make and receive Call.....

My genuine Samsung Note 4 with Android 6.0.1 has the following issues.

• When dialing a number, gets "Not Registered on Network" error
• Mobile data not working. No incoming calls.
• But all apps are working perfectly on WIFI.
• Sometime it shows the service provider's name in Setting/About device/status/network. Sometime it shows as "Network unknown"
• The SIM works perfectly in another phone.
• SIM port defect is ruled out since"No Sim" is getting disappeared after putting SIM...
