My genuine Samsung Note 4 with Android 6.0.1 has the following issues.
- Phone works perfectly , except the call and mobile data service. All apps are working perfectly on WIFI.
- It does not detect the mobile network most of the time.
- Sometime it shows the service provider's name in Setting/About device/status/network
- Sometime it shows as "Network unknown"
- The SIM works perfectly in another phone.
- SIM port defect is ruled out since"No Sim" is getting disappeared after...
My Samsung note 4 doesnt detect the network. Please help
