I can't set a custom ringtone and change statsbar color in Samsung Galaxy J5

Hi friends !
I have a samsung galaxy j5 run on android 6.0 mashmalow. I go to setting but can't change status bar color. I also can't set a custom ringtones because choose file activity not show
