Fake lg 20?

This phone had a sticker of a horse inside. Here's a photo. Has anyone seen one of these? The battery says invalid and the fingerprint sensor stopped working. IMEA is clean and antutu reads good. You think it's a clone? The seller wants to have me exchange it.
