Does J3 has a video recording time limit?

Before buying it, I need to know is there a time limit on the video recording (not talking about the battary left or the free space on the device/card).
From what I heard some samsung smartphones has a limit of 15-20 minutes of filming, I dont know if thats true or false information.

Anyway I need to be able to film 720p quality for one hour or atleast 40 minutes.

PS:
Im about to buy J3(not 2017), or wileyfox spark x. still thinking which one to buy.
