default contacts account on Note 8

How do I change the account default from Google to my MS Exchange account when creating a contact?

I use AkrutoSync to sync my calendar and contacts between Outlook 2013 on my Win10 PC to my Note 8 and it uses the MS Exchange account to sync.

1. If I create either a contact or calendar entry in Outlook within seconds I see both on my phone
2. If I create a calendar entry on the phone within seconds I see it in Outlook
3. if I created a contact on the phone I did NOT see it in...
