Annoying notification sound even on mute

Hello.

I have an S8 and have been experiencing this annoying problem since the past few weeks. The phone, at random times (usually once a day- no fixed time) makes a really loud notification sound (ding-ding-ding-diiiing). This happens even when the phone is on the following settings:

- ringtone: 40%
- media: mute
- notifications: mute
- system: mute
- bixby voice: mute

I cannot trace this to any app and don't see any notification on the screen when this happens. I also went through all...
