Screen Timeout Issue

I recently had my Nexus 5X repaired by LG after it began boot looping, and every since it came back the screen timeout has been ridiculously short (~10 sec). I have tried setting it longer from the settings>display>timeout menu. No matter how long I set it, the screen still sleeps after 10 seconds.

Is there a setting someplace I am missing? Anyone seen this before?
