No audio in 1080p live videos Nokia 8

Hello,
I've been using this Nokia 8 for about 2 weeks, overall a good camera, quality audio,so loud with surround effect, feels like a theatre, a bit slow unlocking but could overcome with a locking software,

The real issue is: When I play live videos in 1080p, there's no audio coming out at all, videos were Not recorded on the phone's camera,
I tried playing the same videos on another phone and it works perfectly,

Please help me to fix...
