Videos Buffering Every 4 seconds on LGG4 .

My LGG4 buffers about every 4 seconds and takes longer to continue. Most times will play for 4 seconds and buffer for at least 5 to 15 seconds.
I tried a hard reset with no changes noticed.
I also have my phone sometimes overheating and getting a warning when recording a video over 10 minutes
I am still under warranty and LG told me they will fix it and replace the Motherboard if they have to and said they won't swap phones.
Please advise.
