Accessing Contents Of Folders On My LG K4 aka(LG-M151)

Hello there everyone;

I got this phone at the end of July, and I have a problem that I can't find a cure for.

When I hook up my phone to my PC I can access everything in it as long as it is a folder.

I can see contents of DCIM only the pictures or video

I can see recordings from My ACR

I can even see background pictures I downloaded from LG, but I can't seem to find the proper place to put them in the available folder.

I have enclosed pictures, a few folders to show empty contents....
