How to stop my kid from messing with my phone?

I need help!
Recently my son starts to use my phone for an online game, he even used my credit card to buy a $9.9 new character in this game. my friends suggest me to install APPLOCK but I'm not sure. I have never used one of those app before. Can someone give me any suggestion? Should I download this app?
