Strange S7

Hello,i just bought a galaxy S7 today.I bought it from a man,who said he bought it from germany.It is new,not used with all the packaging and zero scratches or traces.The strange thing is the version of the phone is sm g930v,but on the back panel it says sm g930f.However the IMEI is the same and IMEI on the box is the same too.Also on the box it says octa-core,but it is clearly the quad core snapdragon 820.And in the about phone section there is a United Emirates label.There is no software...
