Moto Z Force Bluetooth won't find any devices

Bluetooth doesn't recognize any devices, and I've tried pairing several, but it always says no devices in range. I've tried all the different resets, factory also, but still same problem. It originally worked, just stopped one day. And even though it says Bluetooth is on in my notification bar, in Settings the word disabled (in small, grey lettering) is next to the Bluetooth option
