Samsung S7 Edge couldn't start up. Suspecting is memory overloaded.

Hi fellow Android Users

My S7 Edge could not startup. I suspected it is due to memory overload in Whatsapp Video etc. When I switch on my handphone, the phone keep repeating the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge logo and restart and on and on.

Can anybody can advise me how to copy the delete or copy some data out of the memory so may be it can reboot normally. (I used to have a Note 3 and the memory full but without starting, by plucking in the USB cable, it allow me to copy data out of the phone,...
