Storage settings reset after using phone as USB storage

Edit: please read 3rd post.

It started a few days ago. Phone is almost 3 weeks old. I turn the phone off during night. In the morning, alarm rings, but with default melody.

So, after turning off the phone, and turning it on after a few hours. Some settings reset.

Last time it reset alarm melody to the default, alarm volume level the default, call ringtone to the default, call volume level to default and storage settings from SD card to internal memory.
