Kyocera Brigadier SMTP auth issue

My Kyocera Brigadier has outbound credential issues. I keep inputting my full email address , it verifies and saves. Then it removes the @domain.com portion after saving which make email get stuck in my outbox. I have cleared the OS cache and rebooted as well as input the proper input numerous times. Any suggestions?
