Android Can't access files on any File Manager

This is so crazy!
i just finding my files on my phone's internal storage using a File Manager and then it says "EMPTY FOLDER"
but i have lots of files in there
other apps are working like its kind a ok
I cant access my files on internal storage! on any File Managers
i used other File Managers like ES File Explorer but it says "EMPTY FOLDER" too
its kinda weird but i can access system files using ES File Explorer
