p8 lite marshmallow - permissions already granted after installing app - is it normal?

I have a Huawei p8 lite with android 6.0, and I noticed that sometimes after installing an app, it has already some permissions allowed e.g. camera, phone, even though it never asked for a permission, before or after installing.

Is it normal or is it a bug? I thought that in android 6.0, app has no permissions after installing, and the user is prompted when an app wants to access camera, phone etc.
