Nokia 2018 version - 3GB or 4GB version ? Which one to choose ?

Hello. I am pretty much decided to select Nokia 6.1 (or Nokia 6 2018, as it is globally known). However, it comes in two versions - 3GB/32GB and 4GB/64GB.

Here in Pakistan, the 3GB version costs Rs.22,000 and the 4GB version is Rs.30,000. The difference is of 83 US dollars, but that's quite a lot for me.

My question is that I want to use this phone for at least 2 years. Will the 4GB version will be noticeably different ? Does it have significant difference in experience ? I will be buying...
