Google Pixel C 64 GB

Hi- New to this. Not particularly tech savy, but purchased a Google tablet in May, 2017. Purchased
a pixel phone at the same time and really like how both work so intuitively.
Recently I have had problems with the tablet - sometimes it will start up and other times it won't. Have been going back and forth with Google about this, and tried I don't know how many times their little tests to no avail.
They now want me to trade my tablet for a refurbished tablet even though it is just a little...
