Can i change my firmware and how?

So i have a samsung galaxy j7 core that comes from Saudi Arabia (SM-J701FZDKSA) I am from the Philippines and this phone is just a gift. My question is can i change my firmware to philippines, i can still use sim cards from the philippines and just because i want to change to the philippines' firmware is because the security updates here are rolling out fast (i can see it in facebook groups about this phone) and in this firmware there is still no updates. So can i change my firmware and how?...
