Some apps doesn't work when using a mobile data connection

Okay guys, i have a problem which i find really odd and which i can't solve. When i'm using a mobile data connection, not all of my apps seems to be able to connect to the internet. But it doesn't apply to all o my apps. Apps like Twitter, Snapchat and Instagram to name a few works. But other apps like all of the google apps (except for Maps) doesn't work. Neither does Facebook or the Facebook Messenger app. And no browser works, i just get theese two errors: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET or...
