New midrange, flagship phone 5-5.5inches ...

Hi

I am about to replace my Xperia Z3 Compact.
Main reason for replacing it is small screen, terrible camera at low light conditions, low speaker volume...
It`s still good phone but i need something with bigger screen and better camera.

I love one feature that my Z3C have. Waterproof. I know that not all phones on my list are waterproof but anyway...
Sometimes i work in very dusty place so water/dust proof is a plus.
Android 6.0 or 7.0.

So my list is:
