Stuck in the past

Hi,
I own a Lenovo IdeaTab Model S6000H and I'm stuck with Android 4.2.2
I need to use Makeblock App for my robotics project. Lenovo officially has
no upgrade for this level.
Is it all possible to upgrade this tablet to at least 4.3.3?
