New vs Used Phone

So I plan on buying a phone and am currently picking on theses:

Brand New Xiaomi A1 for 200 Usd
Used V20 for 200 Usd
Used V10 for 140 Usd

I am currently using a Lenovo A7000 Plus

My main wan would be a better cam, manual mode with shutter that can go 20-30 seconds and beyond would be greatly appreciated as well as upgrade to oreo and further. If you have suggestions feel free to do so. I'm from the Philippines btw.
