What are the best intelligent word recognition apps for Android phone?

I have a handwritten manuscript that I want to scan and create a PDF file into Microsoft Word, so I can edit it and complete my manuscript. And I'm looking for the best intelligent word recognition app that will do the job. And I need to know how to operate that app because I am not text Savvy and do not understand all icons and what not.

I will surely enjoy being able to have a phone call with someone who can walk me...
