I need help for those Experts with Rooting and Whatsoever :D

Hey Guys ? I'm a new member here, I would need some help. I am planning to change my " Huawei Gr5's " Firmware to Samsungs Firmware, because I find Huawei's firmware really odd. Will it be compatible ? How am I supposed to do it, where should I start. Any help will be much appreciated
