Honor 7x vs 6x vs G5s Plus - Best Value?

I'm looking for a phone under $300 that has a good lifespan and is reliable. I'm an American but I will be living in France for about a year starting January. I know 2/3 of these phones have restricted carriers for the US but that's not a big issue for me.
