Backup to Google Drive Disabled by your admin.

I was checking if my phones were backing up to Google's servers and this popped up on my S*+. I didn't find an option for backing up to google drive on my J3. Would anyone be able to explain to me how to enable backing up to Google Drive both on my S8+ and J3?
