To do list notification app launcher

Hey guys,

Searching for an app that can help me achieve something Ive been wanting to be able to do on my mobile a while now and wondering if anyone knows what to do?

I want to have a to do list app, that brings up a notification at a specified time and then once it is done, from that notification when I click done it loads the app I have previously associated with that specific task.

So basically in the morning I always use set apps at certain times and id like to be able to open them...
