Need help with smartwatch selection

Hello everyone, I realize my questions are very basic to most, if not all, of you; but I have never owned a smart watch and am trying to figure out how to accomplish what I need.

I have an unlocked LG G5 from Sprint currently operating on Cricket Wireless's network. I basically want the watch to sync to my workout app, music (which can be done via memory card), and google calendar. I am not very concerned about sending messages, making calls, etc--though those features currently work on...
