LG V20 (H990DS) Cannot make calls when connected to T-Mobile on Band 12

Hello all,

Seeking any advice regarding issue of not being able to make calls.
I recently bought a LG V20 (H990DS) which is the dual sim and supports bands needed for T-Mobile (2, 4,12) and many other bands.
I live in an area that has poor coverage but on my old phone (Lumia 640) I could always get a connection and make calls.
I had T-Mobile put a new sim in my LG V20 as the one from the Lumia was the wrong size. While at the store everything seemed fine but when I got home I could not make...
