Lenovo Vibe K5 RAM Management Issue

I've had the Lenovo Vibe K5 for around a year now and while it's had it's fair share of issues, it still holds up decently up to now (Especially considering this is a budget phone.). But recently, multitasking has been quite the pain. I notice that after a day or two (after turning the phone on), most apps restart even if there are only around 5-6 apps open.
