Just got first smartphone

Bought a Galaxy Alpha G850. Old I know but on a budget here. Bit confusing for an old git but I guess I'll get the hang of it. Want it for IM as our son works in the Maldives and is his preferred method of comms. Also for the odd photos when I am out & about.
