What to do to make lgms395 better

Newbie here freezes me kahunas off in north Indiana. Find out how to make my phone work better. Loving movie, music and some games, transmitted to smart tv lg is good. I'll just say I'm dumb into this phone and any tech help from techy wise will be appreciated.
