Can i use a Quick charge 2.0 Device with a quick charge 3.0 charger? S7 Edge.

I want to buy a power bank online on amazon but im not sure about this question. Can i use a Quick charge 3.0 compatible charger with my s7 edge which is quick charge 2.0?

And if i can will it cause no damage to my phones battery and its safe?
