Best phone around $300

Hello community,

I am looking for an android device that is around $300, i was a Xiaomi mi3 user until recently, when i broke my screen for a second time, and since i have been using it for 3+ years, i think it is time for a new device.
So, any recommendations would be nice, i have been researching a bit, but since i live in Serbia, there are some difficulties in getting a good phone for a low price.

What I am looking for, in a new phone would be: 3 or more GB of ram, 5'' or bigger...
