I've been hacked

Hey anyone and everyone.
I've been hacked and trying to track it down in my phone. I know 100% my sms, gps, and phone convos were hacked and tapped.

So, my question is can anyone tell me if chameleon app is an android operating system app or a spyware. View attachment 4949
