Headache caused by OnePlus 3T- Help Needed

So I bought the OnePlus 3T in December when it was launched. After a few days of using it I experienced some eyestrain and headache. I searched about what could be causing it but didn't find any strong cause. After searching alot I suspected that it may be happening because of the PWM screen flickering that happens in Super AMOLED screen phones.
