Programs not Showing

It's me of the cheap smartwatch again. Connection between smartphone and smartwatch is good. I cannot see any smartwatch program I installed on my phone in my watch. Menu always stays the same. Also, when I share a file through bluetooth to my watch the transfer always fails. Ideas. Tks!
