Newbie with Cheap Watch

Ok, so I don't have much money and I wanted see what Android Wear was about. I used "Wish" and ordered a watch for $13.It arrived today. I'm certain that I'll be hampered by a cheap watch but it should at least give an indication of the potentials of a smart watch. Already I'm not so sure it's an area that will be beneficial to me. Why do I have a "smart" device on my wrist when I already have a much smarter device in my pocket?

This thing is so bad that even the instructions fail to name...
