Xgody Android 5.1

It's my first time that I buy form the network a smartphone.
I look for a smartphone cost approximately 50$.
Unlocked, 850/2100MHz, G2\G3.

1. I found out a chinese company sells Xgody Android 5.1 but I don't know about her many details.
I saw on the interent that the smartphone got good score yet I would like to hear other opinions.
2. Charger - In my country we use in different chareger, can I ask to replace it?
